Industrial filters are key dust removal devices designed to thoroughly purify gases from dust and fine solid particles generated in technological processes.
Thanks to their design and high effectiveness, they are one of the basic elements of environmental protection systems and ensuring safe working conditions in industrial plants.
Principle of operation of industrial filters
The working principle is based on the flow of contaminated gas through a filter fabric (bags, sleeves or patrons) on the surface of which dust particles are retained. The purified air is directed to further processes or discharged into the atmosphere, and the accumulated dust is periodically removed from the walls of the filter material.
Modern industrial filters
Modern industrial filters are equipped with automatic filter fabric regeneration systems (e.g. compressed air jets – pulse jet), which allows maintaining high efficiency and long service life of the device. They may also have additional design solutions, such as heating systems, thermal insulation, vibration systems, dust feeders or pressure and flow monitoring systems, which increase efficiency and safety of operation.
The efficiency of industrial filters often exceeds 99%, which allows them to meet stringent standards for dust and respirable particle emissions (<10 μm), particularly important in industries requiring high levels of air purity.
Technical parameters
The technical parameters of the devices, their size and equipment are selected individually each time based on technical parameters, available infrastructure and the Investor’s requirements.
We are able to produce any type of industrial filter.
