Its main purpose is the automatic collection of all recipe components into a single mobile buffer — a container equipped with a weighing system and hermetic sealing — which then independently transports the batch to the selected location within the facility.
Container-Based Dosing Process
The process includes full automation of dosing, transport, and container unloading, carried out without operator involvement, using control systems that learn optimal routes and work schedules. This enables flexible adaptation to current production needs and dynamic response to changing process conditions.
