Universal devices designed for transporting loose, granular materials and unit loads over short, medium, and long distances.
The basic element is a conveyor belt, supported by roller sets and driven by a head drum, which ensures continuous and stable material flow.
Application of belt conveyors
They can operate in horizontal and slightly inclined systems, and in special versions also at greater inclines, using profiled or cleated belts. Their advantages include high efficiency (from several dozen kg/h to thousands of t/h), the possibility of transport over long distances (even hundreds of meters), and a relatively low unit cost of material transport. Belt conveyors are used in almost all industries — from mining, cement plants, and energy to the food and recycling industries. Additional equipment may include belt cleaning systems, tensioning and centering systems, slip and load sensors, overload protection, and dust- and fire-proof designs in accordance with ATEX requirements.
Construction
We use various types of conveyor belts in our devices, e.g., fabric-rubber multi-ply or PVC.
These belts are resistant to prevailing temperatures. If the installation requires the material to be transported upwards at a steep angle, we use specialized belts with cleats and skirts, selected each time to match the physical properties of the bulk material and the installation. We also select the type of conveyor covers adapted to the process and installation site, which protect the transported material from weather conditions or reduce dust during transport. All our designed conveyors are integrated with other production equipment.

The technical parameters of the devices, their size, and equipment are always selected individually based on the technical parameters, available infrastructure, and the investor’s requirements.
